Spoken Hindi
Hindi is among the 24 official languages of India and it is the most commonly-spoken across Indian subcontinent. The language can be traced back to other Indo-Aryan dialects such as Sanskrit, Urdu, and Punjabi, but it is also related to Indo-Iranian and Indo-European languages like Persian, Kurdish, Russian as well as Gaelic. Mastering Hindi may seem intimidating at first, but it’s manageable if you begin by learning the basics such as words and phrases. You can explore various options in order to practice speaking Hindi; for instance, attending a class or enrolling for online courses or seeking a language partner.
Become familiar with Hindi nouns. In Hindi, every noun, referring to objects, places, and people, has a gender: masculine (M) or feminine (F). You need to remember the gender of every Hindi noun in order to be able to correctly use the language and communicate effectively.
Boys are called ladkaa (M) and girls are called ladkee (F). The general rule of gender applies here
